Healing is not forgetting.

Think of healing like tending to a garden. It takes time, patience, watering, sunlight, and sometimes, pruning. Your emotions are part of that process, not obstacles to avoid.
Give yourself permission to:
• Feel your feelings
• Take your time
• Not have everything figured out yet
You’re not going backwards. You’re becoming someone wiser.
Redefining Your Happiness in 2026

to
“Who do I want to become next?”
Try asking yourself:
